Administrative Assistant - #1143

Annapolis Junction, MD

Position Description

Assistant to the executive management team. Performs a variety of administrative functions, including: scheduling appointments and meetings, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing memos and transcribing notes; assist in compiling and developing marketing and business development materials; research and create presentations; provide travel support, handle multiple projects, and prepare expense reports.

Required Skills

5+ years experience with administrative concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Ability to work without supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Education

Associate's Degree in appropriate field or equivalent years of experience.
