ERT WINS GSA IT-70 BPA for NOAA National Ocean Service
June 9, 2008 - ERT has won a 3-year, $9.5 million BPA
under GSA Information Technology Services Contract to provide information
technology support services for the NOAA National Ocean Service. Specific
work areas include: IT Architecture, Planning, Policy and Coordination;
Systems Development and maintenance; Geographic Systems Development and
maintenance; Graphics, Web Development and maintenance; Electronic
Messaging; Microsoft Engineering and Systems Administration; Information
Security Planning and Operations; Network Engineering; Information
Technology Help Desk; Project Management; Operations Management; Technical
and scientific writing; Communications and Outreach Support.
ERT a Finalist for Tech Council of Maryland's
Emerging Company
of the Year Award
ERT was among five
finalists for the Tech Council of Maryland's (TCM) Emerging Company of
the Year Award. The winners were announced at its 20th Annual Dinner and
Tech Award Celebration on May 15, 2008. Earth Resources Technology was one
of five finalists for this award from a list of 26
nominated companies.
According to ERT CEO Jingli Yang, "Being a finalist for this award is
wonderful recognition of ERT's achievement in 2007. I am very proud of
our staff at ERT who made great contributions to company's strong growth
last year."
For 20 years TCM has recognized the outstanding achievements of the IT
and biotechnology communities in the state of Maryland. The Annual Dinner
and Tech Awards Celebration, received more nominations this year than any
year in its history. This year TCM received 47 percent more nominations
than it did last year.

ERT Wins GSA Schedule 70 Extension to 2012
May 6, 2008 -
ERT has received a modification to its GSA Schedule 70, exercising the Evergreen
Option to extend the contract to October 2012. Two additional five-year option
periods remain on the schedule. The extension ERT received added twelve labor
categories to the contract: Sr. Program Manager; Program Manager V; Program
Manager IV; Program Manager III; Sr. Program Control Specialist; Control
Specialist; Sr. Scientist; Software Engineer IV; Engineer II; HR Specialist;
Technical Specialist II; and Technical Specialist I.
ERT Wins the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) Environmental Services
Support Contract
December 10, 2007 - ERT won a 5-year, $14M contract to provide
environmental services support to NASA JSC. ERT will provide professional
services in air, water quality, industrial solid waste management;
environmental management system and compliance assurance; pollution
prevention, recycling, sustainability; asbestos inspections and
notifications; project design reviews; and training. The work will be
performed at JSC in Houston, Texas.
ERT Wins Maryland Environmental Service (MES) Professional Services
for Multiple Architectural and Engineering Projects Contract
October 24, 2007 - ERT was selected to provide
Geotechnical Engineering Services to MES. It is a 3-year contract to
provide Geotechnical Assessments, Investigation and Design, Geophysical
Investigations, Construction and QC Inspection, GIS and AutoCAD services.
ERT wins Louisville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDC)
October 10, 2007 - ERT was selected for the Small
Business Indefinite Delivery Type Environmental Architect Engineering
Service Contract with the Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District
within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries and the
Nationwide Reserve Mission. The contract is for 5 years and is valued at
$10M. The scope of services is to perform environmental studies, designs
and support of compliance issues under RCRA, CERCLA, other Federal
programs, and State and Local environmental laws and regulations.

October 8, 2007 - ERT was selected to provide Solid
and Hazardous Waste Management Services to MES including solid waste
engineering and management; environmental assessments and compliance; site
investigations; contaminant remedial design and actions; wetlands and
forest stand delineation and assessments; surveying services;
drafting/CADD and GIS mapping; structural, electrical, and mechanical
design support; and construction inspection and management.
ERT Wins the SHA Environmental Engineering Contract
September 27, 2007 - ERT won a 4-year, $4M contract to
support Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA). ERT will provide the
professional services in environmental engineering, compliance & remediation
under the Contract Number BCS2006-18B.
ERT Wins the NWS ETOSS Contract
September 24, 2007 - ERT won a 5-year, $48.5M contract
to support the National Weather Service (NWS). ERT will provide
engineering, technical and operation support services (ETOSS) in key
functional and programmatic areas including mission performance and system
effectiveness; documentation, publication and communication; cost
collection, analysis and resource tracking; and operational systems and
program maintenance. The work will be performed at NWS Headquarters in
Silver Spring and at other NOAA facilities across the nation.
ERT Named to Washington Technology Fast 50
September 18, 2007 - ERT was named to the
Washington Technology Fast 50 list of government contracting companies, debuting
on the list at 39th place. ERT CEO Jingli Yang said, "We are proud to have the
ERT team's hard work and excellence recognized among our peer companies."
The Fast 50 companies are ranked on how fast their government revenues
grew from 2002 through 2006. This includes federal, state, and local
revenues. Companies nominate themselves for the list.
To qualify, companies needed to have a minimum of $100,000 in
government revenue in 2002. They also had to meet the federal government
criteria for a small business or be a member of the 8(a) program.

ERT Wins the ARL Environmental Service Contract
September 14, 2007 - ERT won a 5-year, $9.8M contract to
support NOAA's Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), Air
Resources Laboratory (ARL). ERT will perform environmental modeling,
environmental data analysis, environmental computational technology,
environmental information and outreach. environmental monitoring, and
management and administration services.
ERT Wins GSA MOBIS Services Contract
September 10, 2007 - ERT won a 5-year, $9.9 million GSA
Mission Oriented Business Integration Services (MOBIS) contract to provide
Administrative, and Management Services to NOAA's National Ocean Service
Information Management Division. Tasks include data and scientific analysis,
education, outreach and communications support, legislative and planning
support, administrative and financial support.
ERT Wins NESDIS OSD & OSO Contract
August 30, 2007 - ERT recently won a contract from NOAA
- NESDIS to provide IT Security Services for the GOES and POES programs in
the Office of System Development (OSD) and Office of Satellite Operations
(OSO). This contract has a base year and two, one-year options for a total
value of $2.8M.

Outstanding Work of ERT Employee Brad Myers
Recognized by Maryland State Highway Administration
June 2007 -
Since 2005 ERT employee
Brad Myers has been providing on-site construction and quality control
inspection services for the MD State Highway Administration (SHA). He has
also been providing training regarding soils and aggregate testing to SHA
staff. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, Brad Myers was
awarded the Maryland SHA 2007 Employee of the Year.
ERT Wins 5-year $4.9M NOAA Northwest Fisheries Contract
May 15, 2007 - ERT has won a 5-year, $4.9M (IDIQ) contract to provide
technical services for NOAA's Northwest Fisheries Science Center and
Alaska Fisheries Science Center of the National Marine Fisheries Service.
Duties includes: living resource sampling and environmental data
collection; assessment and analysis of environment quality and analysis
and interpretation of data obtained.

Management Division. Tasks include data and scientific
analysis, education, outreach and
communications support, legislative and planning support,
administrative and financial support.
ERT Wins NOAA OSF Support Contract
May 2, 2007 - ERT won a 5-year, $10M contract to support NOAA's Office of Sustainable
Fisheries in its crucial work to protect the ability of the Nation to
continue to use the oceans as a food resource, while protecting the oceans
and their variety and population for the future. Work includes support for
the legislative process and the ecological science base that supports
fisheries planning and validates the effects of strategies.
ERT wins two MDSHA geo-technical engineering and exploration services contracts
as a team member with RKK and KCI
February 12, 2007 - ERT will support KCI for geophysical surveys
and non-destructive testing, and various geophysical applications for
geotechnical and subsurface exploration tasks under
contract #BCS 2005-10 A & B.
ERT will support RK&K with geophysical surveys and database services under the terms
of contract #BCS 2005-10 A.
ERT Wins MDSHA Engineering and Environmental Services Contract
