NWFSC Help Desk Support Services Contract Win

NWFSC has awarded ERT a contract to support to supplement existing Federal Help Desk staff. Under this task order, ERT will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support services to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, network, domain and other technology issues.


The Center is headquartered at the Montlake facility in Seattle and includes three Research Stations in Washington and two Research Stations in Oregon. NWFSC is composed of approximately 580 staff (380 of which are located at the Montlake facility) and 700 computer seats. Thirty percent of the desktops are Macintosh, with the majority of the remainder Windows operating systems. Contractual support is required primarily at the Montlake facility in Seattle and periodically at the Manchester Research Station in Port Orchard WA.
