The contract has a period of performance of up to two years.
The OWP’s NWC, located on the campus of the University of Alabama, is NOAA’s response to the nation’s growing need for water intelligence. The NWC enables the National Weather Service to deliver a new generation of water information and services to the nation, improve preparedness for water-related disasters, and inform high-value water decision at the local, state, and national levels.
