The ISO 9001:2015 recertification is a globally recognized standard that ensures our ability to meet client needs through an effective quality management system. Throughout the recertification process, we audited and improved our processes within ERT’s robust quality management system, enhancing our overall performance and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of our work. The ISO 9001:2015 certification affirms that we have well-defined and robust procedures across all areas of our business, reflecting our commitment to delivering services with quality and transparency.
Additionally, the CMMI Institute appraised us at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 for Development and Services. CMMI is a process improvement approach that equips organizations with effective processes to enhance performance. Attaining Maturity Level 3 signifies that our organization’s processes are well-established, comprehended, and documented in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
For our customers, these achievements validate that our work and processes have received the highest level of third-party recognition. We adopt a proactive approach to project and process management, prioritize continuous improvement, and strive to deliver exceptional work that creates an impact.
