ERT delivers the holistic and comprehensive R2O2R support in modeling space environment impacts to HF systems for AFRL and Space Force. Our success relies on leveraging the system science approach in which the insights and discoveries developed in research centers are deployed, with agility, timeliness, science veracity, robustness, and mission assurances, as real-time decision-aids to warfighters. We apply high-fidelity computational modeling, combined with empirical and statistical techniques, in delivering operational capabilities in predicting complex ionosphere impacts to the geospace environment. Our system-science approach defines the architectural blueprint for participation in the R2O2R process by scientists, software engineers, and operational integrators providing a set of action rules of engagement that broke through culture barriers and a glass ceiling to deliver for missions.
